Hypnotherapy

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is state of intensified attention and receptiveness with an increased responsiveness to an idea or a set of ideas or suggestions.  A process that allows us to experience thoughts and images as real.  When our brain relaxes and slows down, our brainwave pattern moves from Beta into Alpha. This is similar to that “daydream” like feeling. During hypnosis, we are working with our creative and intuitive mind not our logical thinking brain. This is how real change can take place.
