I grew up in Collinsville, Illinois and graduated from Collinsville High School in 1994.  After high school, I attended one year at SIU Carbondale. In April 1997, I graduated from Healing Arts Center in Maplewood, Missouri with a 100 hour Certification in Massage Therapy.  In 2005, I completed a 530 hour Massage Therapy Course with Midwest Institute of Massage Therapy in Belleville, Illinois.  Soon after, I tested for my National Certification in Massage Therapy and obtained my license to practice in Illinois.

After beginning my journey in bodywork over 17 years ago, I began to realize my work is much more than manipulating skin and muscle. We are energetic beings with the innate intelligence to heal ourselves! We all have the ability to find balance and I am so very fortunate to help others facilitate that inner healing process we are all capable of.

I happily live in Glen Carbon, Illinois with my husband and two children.
