Welcome!

I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage therapy for over 17 years with a special interest in engergy modalities. Through my continuing education, I have taken classes in Reflexology, Polarity, Prenatal, and Touch for Health.  I am currently working toward my certification in Craniosacral Therapy through Upledger Institute.  I am also a Reiki Master with a passion for using energy work in my massage practice.  I believe that most of our physical ailments are stemed from emotional upsets in our life.  Once we work to clear these from our energetic body, we can begin to heal physically.
